Personal Training is a 1 hour, 1 on 1 session with an Alliance QB Coach. These workouts are geared toward what each kid specifically needs to improve on. In these sessions, we work on the following - throwing mechanics, footwork, and pocket presence.
Personal Training Sessions are available everyday, both weekdays and weekends. Alliance QB Coaches will work around your schedule and location to offer a tailored training experience. Sessions can be as frequent as 2-3 times a week or as little as 2-3 times a year. The majority of our clients train 2-4 times per month.
