Small Group Training is our most popular option. These sessions consist of 2-8 kids and last 1-2 hours. Every workout emphasizes throwing mechanics and drops, as well as pocket presence and footwork. The number of QB's in these group training sessions gives us the ability to work on reading DB's in throwing drills. It also allows us to work on avoiding the pass rush while throwing to targets.
Small Group Training Sessions are offered both weekdays and weekends. These are put on the calendar before the start of each month and have set times & locations. The majority of our clients train 2-4 times per month.
